Wide field astrophotography images using my current "low rent" equipment!  I'm using a DSLR camera mounted on an iOptron Skytracker and photographic tripod.  This paperback book sized EQ mount allows images of up to 2 minutes each, depending on focal length, before star trailing becomes an issue.  I take MANY images and stack them to help manage the noise.  All processing is done with the PixInsight software.

Upper Scorpio and Dark Horse Nebula

Upper Scorpio and the Milky Way in Sagittarius constellation. Antares is the bright orange star in the center. Saturn is at the extreme left center. And the Dark Horse Nebula is very apparent! Front of the "horse" is facing upward.
