Markarian's Chain in Virgo; a curved arc of galaxies; plus a ton of other fuzzy galaxies in this image!
Barnard's Loop in the Orion Constellation. Lot's of other nebulous areas too. The Great Orion Nebula is below center.
Rosette Nebula to lower left and the Cone/Fox Fur Nebulae at upper right. The Cone Nebula is a dark nebula and not very big in this image...
Upper Scorpio and the Milky Way in Sagittarius constellation. Antares is the bright orange star in the center. Saturn is at the extreme left center. And the Dark Horse Nebula is very apparent! Front of the "horse" is facing upward.
The Heart (right) and Soul (left) Nebulae in the constellation Cassiopeia.
M81 (center) and M82 (nicknamed the Cigar Galaxy) in Ursa Major. Plus a couple of other fuzzy galaxies!
The Seagull Nebula in Monoceros. M50 Open Cluster to the upper right of the nebula.
Jellyfish Nebula between the two nice orange stars and the M35 Open Cluster to the upper right. These are in Gemini. The bright Monkeyhead Nebula at lower center is in Orion.
The Lagoon Nebula is the big pink area below center. The Trifid Nebula is the pink area above center, split by dark lanes. The blue nebula area above the Trifid is a very unusual color for the astro world.
